Our LGBT+ community
Taking pride in welcoming everyone
At BW, we know the value of working in an open, inclusive environment.
Regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation, everyone is welcome.
Our LGBT+ network was founded on the principles of inclusion, support
and education. Our members raise awareness, coordinate events and run charity fundraisers throughout the year. We’re proud our efforts are adding to a working culture where everyone is safe to be their best, most authentic self.

When you feel respected in your workplace, youhave the confidence and opportunity to grow.
And as you grow, so does our business – able to
offer diversity in our ways of thinking, fresh ideas
and a broad perspective that enriches us all.
As part of our DEI initiative, we have an active LGBT+ network committed to joining with colleagues and friends to raise awareness, share experiences and work safely together. We foster and promote an environment where everyone feels they can bring their whole self to work, everyday.
