At BW, we know the value of working in an open, inclusive environment. Regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation, everyone is welcome. Our Pride Network was founded on the principles of inclusion, support and education. Our members raise awareness, coordinate events and runcharity fundraisers throughout the year. We’re proud our efforts are adding to a working culture where everyone is safe to be their best, most authentic self.

Following our directives, BW has updated our email signatures and internal profiles to include pronoun options, addressed gender inclusive signage on restrooms in all our offices and is making great progress towards updating personal information preferences to be more inclusive across the board.
